Why do factory-direct tie backs cost less than the components?
Because nothing leaves the building. We twist the rope, dye it, form the tassels, and tip the cord ends on our own machines - twisting, braiding, dyeing, and tipping all sit under one roof in Jaipur. A trader can't do any of that. He buys rope at a marked-up price, pays a workshop to assemble it, adds his cut, and ships.
Honestly, the tie back trade has too many hands in it. Cut the chain down to one factory and the finished pair lands cheaper than the trader's component cost. Simple as that.
What styles and materials can you order?
Two families cover most of the market:
- Twisted rope tie backs - 3-strand rope with looped or tipped ends. Clean, heavy, sits well on thick drapes.
- Tassel tie backs - a rope loop with a hanging tassel. Still the bestseller for classic and hotel interiors.
Materials are cotton, jute, or poly blends, and because dyeing happens in-house, colour is wide open - match a swatch, run natural undyed jute, or build a full colour story for a retail range. We supply retail-ready pairs, banded or bagged, or loose bulk for brands doing their own packaging. We make both. You choose the finish.

Google search data (July 2026) shows 14,800 monthly searches for curtain tie backs in the United States - a steady, year-round category. India adds another 2,400 monthly searches, with clear peaks from April to July and again in October, when festival-season decorating kicks in.
